The final, complete Inktober map. What a fun project! I’m so glad I did it and enjoyed every bit. Though finishing it this week was definitely the cherry on top. I started out Monday stressed about coming up with names and then had a total blast with a dictionary and thesaurus. Words are so fun! I’ve already been thinking about making up stories from Gallimaufry Land, especially that Portal Cave… who knows what’s next.
Thanks for following along!
INKTOBER 31: RISK
The final prompt of the map is a building in the odd structure city. Not sure if the architect or the people who live there are more brave.
The last prompt! Adding some final details to the map this week and then will post the whole thing. So proud of myself for doing all 31 prompts.
INKTOBER 30: SLITHER
A very slithering, twisting river appeared and the locals quickly built some bridges.
INKTOBER 29: PATCH
Cute little vegetable patch for the lovely little town.
INKTOBER 28: CRISPY
Poor little house is looking a little crispy.
INKTOBER 27: SPARK
Needed some warmth in this cold castle.
INKTOBER 26: CONNECT
Will be finishing this word until the end of the month, but started slowly connecting the towns today! We’re almost done!
INKTOBER 25: SPLAT
Was immensely stuck with this one, until I looked up the definition and found out it is actually a decorative part of the back of a chair!
INKTOBER 24: EXTINCT
These prompts are getting trickier for my map… had a dodo show up in the spirited forest today. Maybe they aren’t extinct after all!
